Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All magnets sold by Magnets Ever After are made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not generally accepted.

Customer Satisfaction & Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives defective or contains an error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review your request, we will work with you to resolve the problem and may provide:

  • a replacement product, or

  • another appropriate solution at our discretion

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after purchase.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, alignment, or cropping are normal for custom products and do not indicate a defect.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and issued only at the sole discretion of Magnets Ever After.
